Terry Wilmoth is the President and Founder of Seven Continents Recruiting Inc.  He began his career in the talent industry in 2007 while working with one of the most successful recruiters in the industry and developed a love of finding the proverbial "needle in a haystack" for his clients.

He earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from East Carolina University, NC (ECU) and a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, NC (UNCW).

Terry enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering with the Twin City Track Club, and cheering runners in local races - especially ultras.  He is gearing up for his first 50-mile race this fall and a 100-mile race in 2020.
